Piles, fistula & constipation

 

Most of the times piles and fistula's are caused by constipation, and what you eat.

 

During piles/fistula avoid having chocolates, for me it really gets aggravated with chocolates and red chilli pwd, in food. And to avoid constipation, have a lot of fibre, and have a teaspoon of ghee/clarified butter, and wash it down with some warm milk mixed with 1/2 tsp of honey, twice daily. It really helps in softening, what you have eaten, which reduces pain while passing motions. I also apply 'Procto-Glyvenol', that has reduced the piles, and I am going to a homeopath, to nip the problem from it's roots.
