Korea's National Dish - Kimchi Recipe
Recipe:
Use napa cabbage
Break it into pieces and soak it in sea-salt water for 10 mins.
Then remove and squeeze out excess water.
Add crushed garlic and ginger, with pounded dried red chilli, and some sugar. Mix well and put it into an air-tight container.
Leave it in a cool place to ferment, for 2 days.
