History of Food - My Food Research
If you love food and think about it all the time, just like me, then you maybe curios to know things like how a certain dish originated, or how did a certain ingredient that is available only in the far east made its way across to the west, many many years ago..
My interest began while I was doing research on food for a television show. We wen't deep down in history to determine the origin of food, recipes, ingredients, etc. It was super exciting, that was one job that was not a job but more like getting paid for something you love doing!
So even though my research job is over, I continue researching, only problem is that it makes me so so hungry.. so read at your own risk!
